Thank you for choosing Sahi Hisab. We strive to provide the best studio management experience. This policy outlines what you can expect regarding cancellations and refunds for our subscription services.
1. Free Trial Policy
We offer a 14-day free trial for all new accounts. This trial allows you to access all premium features of Sahi Hisab without any charge.
- No credit card is required to start the free trial.
- You will not be charged automatically when the trial ends.
- To continue using the service after 14 days, you must manually upgrade to a paid plan.
2. Cancellation Policy
We believe in freedom of choice. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard.
- How to Cancel: Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription.
- Effect of Cancellation: Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (Monthly or Yearly). After that, your account will revert to a restricted/free mode or be suspended based on your plan.
- Data Retention: We will retain your data for 30 days after cancellation to allow you to reactivate if you change your mind. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.
3. Refund Policy
Sahi Hisab operates on a pre-paid subscription model. Generally, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time. However, we do have specific exceptions:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unhappy with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
- Technical Issues: If the software is unusable due to a technical error on our end that we cannot resolve within 72 hours, a pro-rated refund may be issued.
- No Refunds for Renewals: We send renewal reminders via email 3 days before charging. Refunds will not be issued for automatic renewals if you failed to cancel before the renewal date.
4. Processing Refunds
To request a refund, please email our support team with your Invoice ID and reason for the request.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used (Credit Card, UPI, etc.).
